
how can i get in shape for soccer season?
im lookin to specialize in free kicks(im nice at them too, pirlo-style). plus im tryin to GAIN weight;its not workin out too well. how can i accomplish these in time?
Try lifting weights
and more weight excersices instead
of running and aerobic excersices
try eating more protein and
maybe take up protein shakes
