tampon help please first timer?
tomorrow i am going to buy tampons for myself i had always used pad ( it's been 1 year not that long i made it sound i like i was 20 im 12) i think i am going to buy playtex sports cause i play soccer basketball swimming tennis and every school team (woohooo cap-tin of the bbal team this year) yesterday i tried using a tampon it didn't work so well cause they where my moms and i read for beginners smaller is better (i am virgin duh not that hard to figure out) so last time i tried using a tampon it hurt that means im putting it in the wrong way right well i figure it all out now put im not sure i can do it yet put i really need to wear them with swimming i would like to is playtex sports very slim and would it be easy for me and how much are they put like canadian or american
Try playtex gentle glide and don't aim straight up because you vagina doesn't go straight up try towards the back and its easier to put your leg up on something. As its going in you"ll feel pressure in your lower stomach but that is normal. If you feel the tampon take it out and try again because you shouldnt be able to feel it
