nike soccer cleats for youth

I want to get Nike Mercurial Talaria V soccer cleats . I kind of have wide feet and an online person on Nike.com said that I should get a junior size...but the shoes are for narrow feet. I then again contacted another agent online and she said that I should get the regular men soccer cleats in a size 6 and that its the same as a youth size 6. Would that be too big for me? I am a size 6 in women adida soccer cleats, and for regular shoes and I just want to make sure I get the right shoe size before I order online. Thank you!
The reason why the second lady told me to get a size six in mens was because those are different kinds of shoes (same model) and run for wide feet. I am using the Nike iD thing.
