Practice Soccer Ball

This is my 3rd day of practice juggling a soccer ball and i have only seen a small bit of improvement. What part of my foot do i hit it with it exactly so it pops up perfectly every time? Also how do i keep it in the air and prevent it from flying out of control. Finally when I try to use my left foot it either goes off in another direction r my left foot has a realy bad habit to turn sideways when i try to hit the ball.
