How many calories have I consumed today? Is it too much? too little? What things should I add? Thanks!?
Well anyway, this is the first time I've even tried to cut back on food. It's the first day of my diet. It seems like I ate a lot today but this is nothing compared to what I've been eating lately. I gained 6 lbs over winter!

Oatmeal Cookie (I know this is 100 calories)
Protein bar (high calorie I’m gussing. It had lots of fatty proteiny peanut butter in it.)
Little Carton of milk
2 orange juices (110 calories each)
A pork chop
2 cheese sticks
Cup of carrots
Tall Cup of coffee
Also, Is this too much or too little for a 13 year old?
Also (again), how many calories have I burned if I played basketball for 1 1/2 hours and played happy fun ball (A really fun game kind of like basketball only with a smaller ball and soccer goals instead of baskets. It uses about the same amount of calories as basketball) for an hour?
yes, I'm kind of chubby. I'm not trying to be skinny, I'm trying to get my P.E. grade up while looking better.
Except for the coffee, you're doing okay. Do you want to know why you gained six pounds last winter? It's because YOU'RE STILL GROWING. You will continue to grow taller (and therefore gain weight) until you are somewhere between sixteen and eighteen years old.
Stop worrying! You're right where you need to be.
