How can I increase my kicking power for soccer?
Please Please serious answers, no bullshit and super long answers. I DONT need to know what my legs muscles are made of,dont need to know any long super smart answers just answer simple yet serious and informative answers. I noticed at todays game I have a really week kick especially since im playing futsal and the ball is hard and heavy.
1.How can I increase my kicking power/strenght to kick the ball harder and farther.
2.What workouts can I do... especially at home where I only have limited stuff. (NO MACHINES)
3.How can I increase stamina and agility. Dont wanna be the flash just wanna run a bit faster and run longer duration. You know not get tired so fast.Please dont answer eat better, Im not asking for dieting advice or tips.
Basically exercises to help me with all this. Oh and if you have any advice and tips for futsal and defending that be super helpful as well.

Work on your Thighs so no machines I guess your just gona have to run alot because that buils quad strength but no like fast sprinting running but long distance running so time your self run for like 30 minutes straight an slowly increase every week
