Soccer Ball Youth

I am going to ref a 6 year old youth soccer league (U7) as one of parent from the home team must be a ref. I have a few basic questions:
1.) When the goalie picks up the ball, do I whistle the play? We blow the whistle when the goalie is on the ground and touches the ball, I get that but what about a ball that rolls to the goalie and she bends over to pick it up?
2.) When is a goalie kick awarded (just when opponent kicks ball out of baseline)? Does is matter which corner (side, left or right) of the goalie box I place it?
3.) Throw ins. Do I just give the ball to the kid asking for it or do I look at the coach to verify who I should give it to? Sometimes the kids just raise their hands and look at me.
