ok i have excercise induced asthma..i play soccer and we will be starting to condition outside in the cold... what should i put over my mouth so i am not breathing in cold air making it harder than it already is to breathe.. my coach said either a doctors mask (ones that people use for painting , etc) or a scarf but i am sometimes allergic to some fabrics?
Hi,if you are OK with wool maybe a balaclava would help ,you know like the ice skaters wear with just the eyes visible,these are also available in nylon fabric like a spandex kind of thing.Make sure before any sport you use your inhalers and try to have time to let them work before going outside.
