school soccer team tryout tips?
i have a school soccer tryout coming up and i need tips on what i could do to prepare myself to the most of my ability
like what food should i eat what exercises should i do etc
I agree with the other answers as well. You need to have good ball control. However, if you're getting ready to try out for a school team you should already have been working on that type of thing for years. First touch and ball control aren't going to magically come in the next few weeks.
In my opinion the best thing you can do is be in shape. If you are in the best shape at the tryouts it will say a whole lot more than the guy who can juke everyone but has to stop for a rest after.
Run sprints. Soccer is not a sport based on distance running. Most running comes in short bursts. You need to be in shape to run a whole bunch of 10 - 20 second sprints.
