How long do packages take to get thru customs/does USPS really update the tracking daily?

I ordered soccer uniforms a couple weeks ago and they were shipped on April 9 and they have been in customs for about 7 days now is this normal?

no it isn't normal, everytime ive ordered jerseys they would only stay in customs for like not even a day.
